1. Build three (3) Lease
Purchase homes in new sub division.
2. Allocate $100,000 from 2005
budget to construct single family Domestic/Violence home for foster care use by
the tribe.
3. Have grant written for
$200,000 dollars for additional construction cost for the domestic/foster
childcare home. Job assigned to Cielo Gibson on 1/3/2005.
4. Purchase new computers for
all employees and a server to network the Housing Authority office.

procedures to install a Rental Assistance program in

7. Will schedule 3rd
annual Home Buying fair in August.
8. Continue to cross-train
office personnel and have office staff and board members attend
training seminars.

SPIHC quarterly meeting in October.

obtain additional mailboxes for members on reservation.
11. Apartment complex issue has
been placed on hold.
12. Continue to work to obtain a
process that we can get a Title Status Report with BIA approval for mortgage
usage.
